Stephen Ciarrocchi, SVP Business Development

CIBA is proud to announce the appointment of Stephen J. Ciarrocchi as SVP, Business Development.  In this newly created role, Mr. Ciarrocchi will focus on developing and implementing a business development strategy that will focus on enhancing our broker relationships, and the development of new Commercial Real Estate solutions.  

With over 29 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Ciarrocchi brings a wealth of leadership, strategic insight, and relationship-driven expertise to this pivotal role.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ciarrocchi has held senior positions at leading organizations including Zurich Insurance, Ally Financial, Brown & Brown, and Falls Lake Insurance. His broad exposure across diverse industries and product lines has equipped him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proven ability to drive growth through collaboration and execution.

His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Philadelphia University, complemented by advanced executive education from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
