GLENDALE, CA – April 28, 2025 – CIBA, a leading commercial real estate insurance program, announces the expansion of its NexEdge individual limits property product to the Upper Midwest and Southeast regions. This strategic expansion builds on the success of the program's initial launch of NexEdge in the Western States. This NexEdge expansion now offers dedicated limits and an increased appetite for properties in the following states:
Upper Midwest: IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, ND, OH, SD, WI
Southeast: KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, FL
