Hiring Process FAQ

Application
Applications, whether from Indeed, LinkedIn, our website, or other job search sites, are received through a secure applicant tracking system. Candidates are asked to answer several questions at the time of application that are designed to help us get to know you and better understand your skills and compatibility with the job applied for. NOTE: We will never send unsolicited email requests or links for applications or interviews, including requests from a Hotmail or Gmail account. If you have a question about an email received in response to an application, please contact us through our website to verify that the request is legitimate. 
 

Interviews
All interview requests will be sent through our secure applicant tracking system or directly from our HR Team, and never from a Hotmail or Gmail account. Our interview process will always include at least 2-3 interviews before an offer is discussed, including the Hiring Manager, HR, and a member of the Executive Team. Interviews are held in person or via video conference on Teams with cameras on. View our HR Team
 

Job Offers and Onboarding
All offers of employment will be done via our online applicant system and will never be sent as an attachment. Candidates are notified in advance that an offer letter is being prepared and when to expect it. We do not request any personally identifiable information (PII) such as social security number, date of birth, etc. until after a formal offer letter is accepted and signed by all parties. All employment documents are completed through our secured applicant system during the onboarding process. We will never ask for PII via email or an attachment
 

Getting Set Up
The Company supplies all equipment needed to perform a job, whether the employee is remote, hybrid, or onsite. Company equipment may include computers, monitors, webcams, printers, etc. and is shipped and paid for by the Company. Employees are never asked for money or reimbursement for items supplied to perform a job.
