CIBA is an MGA for various program carrier participants with Underwriting Authority and
a Risk Purchasing Group for the Liability Program. Our Program consists of approximately 10,000 locations, 40 billion in TIV and 250,000 units, and utilizes the underwriting facilities of only the most stable and financially secure carriers available. CIBA is also a third party administrator for adjusting and handling claims, including defense of litigated liability claims though Claims Adjusting Group (CAG) and CP Law Group. As a Surplus Lines Wholesale Broker, CIBA is licensed all states except Alaska.
